  • donut evun rumubr . .

. . how to work xanga anymore.

I have not been sick in a long time.  And now, I defy the gods of illness to ignore the urge to change my length of well-ness (as per aforementioned comment and firm belief in murphy's law).  Let me be in peace.  For 2 weeks at work, half the staff was sick from mucho vomitous-ness virus.  I actually wore latex gloves for an entire day because I was so terrified of getting, what I personally think, is a worse fate than the palsy.

Currently still using the currently watching/listening feature, long ago abandoned by really cool bloggers.

Yo, dawg, fo-shizzel I be back-a-rack wit mo ineresin' speaks, yo.

  • Dr. Phil-my-day-with-laughter

My weekly therapy session today (an hour of Dr. Phil) ended with the most stunning display:

Picture if you will, a middle-aged white woman singing (like a middle-aged white woman) Ain't No Mountain High Enough.  If that ain't enough, beside her is a young woman accompaying the song in sign-language with such unbridled enthusiasm.  I started laughing out loud (interpretive stuff to music does that to me).

Then I realized the young woman had down syndrome.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to hell for that one.

  • Today I was blessed to attend yet another wonderfully rich and spiritually filled class at a fabulous and inspiring Religious post-secondary institution.

Upon sitting down and preparing for the wonderful world of elementary school math (um, I'm going to be a teacher now, I guess), I took some time to examine and take in my surroundings.  Eager beavers in the rows ahead of me, chatting furiously about a homework question they couldn't figure out (I didn't do the homework, I couldn't join in).  Then there were others, like myself, a little older, probably didn't do their homework, and probably commuters who already have friends so they don't feel the need to chat incessantly about a stupid long division question.  I continued to engulf my senses in this hub of mathematical energy, and thought "that girls shoes are cute", and "I wonder where he got his hat", and "that right there is a penis with balls drawn on the back of that chair".

Who'd have guessed such exquisite art could exist within the walls of a science building.

    I feel blessed.

  • I've discovered YouTube.

    That's all.

    Here's something funny: http://www.marshillonline.com/the-chris-nash-band

How do I make that not the address, and a word instead with the link built in?

I am never going to get a job with computer skills like this.

    I don't remember what font I use

About Me

  • Sometimes I pretend to be smart, but usually I fail miserably, so then I just pretend I ment to fail and people laugh and then I'm the "funny one". In the end I feel good about myself.
